| Everything is looking real good so far, and I like the tunability. But the question that poped in my mind this morning is....is this ECU mainly for dyno queens? Here's why. Since conditions are changing every day and at different times in the day, does that mean we will need to reprogram the ECU everytime we want to take the car out and get the most out of it? I see how the power increased with every little tweek you made to yours. But realistically everyone is not going to pull the laptop out everythime they go to take the car out or pull up to a stop light. I understand that you can set it up like a JWT chip and just leave it with a average program that will work. But is your chip then more usefull for say a drag/road racer where the conditions of the one race will most likely stay the same. Would you recommend the daily driving guys who don't plan on racing to just get your normal "clone" set-up and not spend the extra money? From what I can tell you need a dyno to tune the car along with using the ECU/Laptop. But as soon as you drive away and the next day comes, that program is already "outdated" because it was based on the conditions of yesterday. Things change so fast, specially here in Denver. Shorts one day, sweater the next. It's really that bad. It'a not like when I grew up in Iowa and you actually new what the weather would be like based onthe seasons :). I'm sure you could over a period of time make a program for every set up imaginable, but that would take forever and lots of $$$ (dyno runs) Again, no bashing intended here. I like the ECU very much and I'm very interest. Figured I better just ask as many questions as I can before hand :). Thanks.
